After a stint in financial services, which included preparing students to sit for their licensing exam, he moved onto standup where he learned a valuable lesson: people can’t disagree with you when they’re laughing. Today, he uses a combination of comedy and headhunting to create companies with The Syndicate.

He became a professional Counter-Strike player and founded the esports team forZe, competing globally. Transitioning into poker, he built a successful career both as a player and coach, solving games at the highest levels, even earning blacklists at casinos for his winning strategies. In crypto, Xenitron researched major GameFi projects like Axie Infinity and Stepn, identifying their weaknesses. Inspired by advanced concepts like zkSNARKs in Dark Forest game with incomplete information, he invented the "Find-to-Earn" genre.
